Do you work contingent, or only on retainer?+

Both. We bias toward retained or embedded engagements because they produce better outcomes for the role, but we accept single contingent searches when the fit is right.

Are you U.S.-only?+

Our core market is the United States, particularly the Northeast, but we run cross-border and global searches when the client team is U.S.-based.

Will candidates know they're working with you, not us?+

Only if you want them to. White-label engagements are standard. All outreach goes under your firm's brand and standards.

How fast can you start?+

Most engagements begin within seven days. Briefs we already know the market on, sooner.

Do you guarantee placements?+

Yes, extended guarantee periods, with retention check-ins through month nine. The placement is the start, not the deliverable.
